Orders received before 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time are processed within two business days or sooner unless otherwise noted.

Out of Stock items will be back ordered and shipped within 30 days with email notification at time of order placement.

Credit Card only, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery Credit cards are charged at time of purchase.

SHIPPING/RETURNS

All orders are shipped by either First Class or Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service to the Continental United States and Canada ONLY!

RETURNS

Please notify us of any errors in your order and they will be corrected without shipping charges.

You must notify us via email for authorization of any damaged or unsatisfactory merchandise to be returned.

Authorized Returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase.

Credit cards are credited for all returned merchandise.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless there is an error with your order.

Stone Cottage Soapworks assumes no liability for the misuse of our products. Our Soaps are for external use only and clearly state ingredients. Please read the labels for any potential adverse reactions due to allergies before using. We are not responsible for materials or personal injury due to improper use of our products.
